Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online store operations, develop effective sales strategies, and work collaboratively with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management and a proven track record of driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain daily operations of the online store.

Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams.

Analyze website performance and sales metrics.

Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and sales.

Ensure product listings are accurate, detailed, and visually appealing.

Participate in daily stand-up meetings to coordinate efforts with the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce management.

Proficiency with WordPress CMS, Shopify, TiktokShop, and Facebook Shop.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not necessary.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Must have own equipment (computer, reliable internet connection, etc.).
